Authority to :
- Identify the purpose of Organization & establish the Quality policy.
- Monitor & Measure the Quality Objectives.
- Define Authority & Responsibility of all Functional In-charges.
- Appoint the Management Representative.
- Approve the QMS & their related Documents.
- Plan & Develop processes required for product Realization.
Responsibility to :
- Conduct Management Review Meeting.
- Improve the QMS Continually.
- Increase the Involvement of people.
- Provide Infrastructure & Resources necessary to support the Organization Development.
