Authority to :

1. Identify the purpose of Organization & establish the Quality policy.
2. Monitor & Measure the Quality Objectives.
3. Define Authority & Responsibility of all Functional In-charges.
4. Appoint the Management Representative.
5. Approve the QMS & their related Documents.
6. Plan & Develop processes required for product Realization.

Responsibility to :

1. Conduct Management Review Meeting.
2. Improve the QMS Continually.
3. Increase the Involvement of people.
4. Provide Infrastructure & Resources necessary to support the Organization Development.
